Bio - Jocelyn: 2016 Juvenile

Jocelyn is a fledgling from the Virginia Waters power relay station just north of Virginia Lake in St. John's, Newfoundland. (The site is known locally as Stavanger or Snows Lane.) She was one of three young raised this year and the second we tagged on 24 Aug 2016. She was named for Jocelyn Perry, COO/CFO of Newfoundland Power, in recognition of NP's support of the tagging project.
